Visiting Scientist - Jiabo Wang

Jiabo Wang is a visiting scientis at Zhang Lab. He is an assistant professor in Southwest Minzu University, Chengdu in China. His research focus on the development of genetics model and computing software. He used compress groups to replace the individuals (cBLUP) to improve Genomic Prediction accuracy and used SUPER GWAS method to filter psuodu QTNs to reduce noise in whole kinship (sBLUP). Now he is leading the GAPIT3 development with multiple association methods and new outputs for genome researchers.
